1. DELIVERY AREA
We currently provide delivery services within Kuwait.
Some remote or difficult-to-reach areas may require additional delivery arrangements.
Customers located in remote areas should contact us before placing an order to confirm delivery availability and any applicable delivery charges.
2. DELIVERY TIME
Our usual delivery time is approximately **2 business days** after the order has been confirmed and the product is available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, traffic, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. DELIVERY FEE
Our standard delivery fee is: 1 KWD
Additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote areas.
If additional charges apply, customers will be informed before the order is processed.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After an order is received, we may contact the customer by telephone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm the order and delivery details.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the provided address or contact information is incorrect, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
