Delivery Area

We currently deliver orders within Kuwait only.

Delivery Fee

Our standard delivery fee is 1kd.

For remote, restricted, or special delivery areas, availability and any additional delivery charge will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, Saturday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 5pm are normally processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Fridays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 2 business day(s) after order confirmation.

Same-day delivery is available only if it is shown at checkout or specifically confirmed by our customer service team. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, traffic, weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp. If an item is unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will contact the customer using the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Kuwait delivery address and a reachable telephone number. If the address or phone number is incorrect, delivery may be delayed and an additional delivery charge may apply for redelivery.

Receipt of Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video, where applicable.

Store Pickup

Store pickup may be available for selected products. When pickup is available, it will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. Please see our Refund & Exchange Policy for return and exchange information.
